Industry Program

The objective of the WIMS ERC is to be the world leader in microsystems research and education and to aid society by fostering the widespread application of its work. Thus, the Center is a national effort, involving a wide range of companies in addition to the three core universities. These companies are helping to accomplish the research and educational objectives of the Center and to transfer its research into a variety of new products.

Industrial Participation

The WIMS ERC provides the collaborative advantages of a research consortium, and at the same time facilitates the creation of separate, more focused, research contracts tailored to meet the specific needs of a particular member. The overall success of the Center, in both research and education, depends critically on this partnership.
